How ironic is it that our Federal Government is trying to force everyone currently in the US to get v******ted, for which they will give you a FREE v******tion card as proof, a card in which you must show some form of ID to get no less, but is unable to find a way to provide all US citizens with a free v**er ID card.

Actually, 'ironic' would be if the ink on the v**er ID gave everyone printing the ID's a k**ler v***s. What the v*****e mandates are is 'predictable'. What better vehicle to usher un an era where DC has the ability to mandate what individuals do or do not ingest. Once people surrender their autonomy over their own bodies, what is the argument to defend speech, the right to assembly, the right to self defense, a trial by jury, or any other right that SHOULD define freedom?

Constitutional rights are not negotiable or conditional. V*****e mandates will lose in the courts, as even the most activist l*****ts cannot set a precedent for government control over the individual’s body. There is no limiting principle. If the standard becomes “government can declare an emergency at any time and make that the excuse to control your body” the next President could simply declare a******n illegal.

Two different issues. One is public health, which the Supreme Court ruled on 100 years ago that the government could require individuals to v******ted. Public health and v****g requirements cannot be compared legally.

Are you wondering why the left isn't calling it r****t to require an i.d. to get the shot? Well, an i.d. is required to go to the doctor. You can't get medical treatment using somebody else's name. Nobody has ever called foul on that. The answer to your conundrum is that not everybody has medical insurance or gets v******ted. How they are handling v******ting i*****l i*******ts coming across the border? I have no idea. However to compare the i.d. requirement to v**er's id is comparing two different areas. My criticism still stands. It's similar to my criticism of those who dismiss children who get sick from and some die from C***d because there are other dangers that children are faced with. One even brought up the millions of aborted children as an excuse as to why the children who get sick from C***d are such an insignifican number. I believe his brain may have been pickled before birth if not afterward.

I just re-read this. If the government of the United States really wanted to FORCE you do to do something, believe me you'd know it. What a bunch of malarkey. The government is doing its best to convince you that it's in your best interests to be v******ted, and in the interests of those around you and in the interests of all of whom you come in contact with and with all of whom they come in contact, etc., etc., etc.
If the government really wanted to REQUIRE you to get the C****-** v*****e, the government has law and legal precedent on its side. They could do so.
