To be certain, you could always borrow or rent another camera body and compare the results. It seems unlikely that if there were a problem with the lens it would be confined to your particular body.

I don't know how Sigma works, but Tamron allows you to send in the lens and camera and they will tweak the lens to your camera. They do this for free one time. I had an issue at one focal length on my Tamron SP 150-600 G2 and when I got it back they had made small adjustments for all focal ranges.
