Juvenile Cooper's Hawk. Long rounded tail, no "belly band" that all Red-tails have.

Can anyone tell me what kind of Hawk this is.
If you have FB sent this photo and note location to "what's this bird".

I decided to look this up. From what I can tell from my (old) bird book is that it is a Merlin Hawk or sometimes called a Pigeon Hawk. Coopers Hawks are more tan/light brown and white on their breast. Still, I'm no expert.

wrong chest markings for Redtail. Probably Coopers juvenile.
Not a Red-tail no belly band, Not a sharpie or a Cooper no brown streaks on the chest to belly. Does appear to have a dark malar stripe (down load would help) and lightly marked chest. If the picture was taken in the Indiana area the chances are a light juvenile Broad-winged Hawk (Buteo platypterus)
The pic was taken in north east Indiana. Thanks for the help.
