Then the best thing would be to allow it into court so it can be defeated once and for all.

I will say if it or parts of it are true..the likelihood of trying to squash the proponents and the lawsuit would be astronomically high.
There is a lot of power and coin being redistributed through Covid. A LOT.

That's why it is important to look at excess mortality rates. During the pandemic the number of deaths are increased well beyond the expected averages unless there are other (unrecognised) causes of those deaths then it is probable that Covid 19 is responsible. It seems unlikely, however, that there is a concurrent globally active reason for the increased death rates.

You are "preaching to the choir". I've been stating this almost since day one. Somehow (by stupidity or abject ignorance) it has become a maxim that COVID kills. COVID doesn't kill anyone. It generates an immune response in the human body. Those responses in generally healthy folks provide defensive reactions which fight the virus. However, if a person has a compromised immune system, then all bets are off. A dear friend of mine had variously suffered lung cancer (lung removed), heart condition (a dozen stents implanted), and weakened kidneys from the aforementioned ailments. When he contracted COVID, he was immediately placed on a ventilator, and died shortly thereafter. Three major body systems were compromised, but COVID reactions accelerated his demise.

Influenza never killed anyone directly. The deaths were due to immune responses, and in many of those responses, the person's t-cells, white blood cell elevation and MRNA response, all combined to cause death by pneumonia, or massive congestive heart failure.

Death is a complicated process. But the "press" would have you believe that it's instantaneous event (only in the case of massive trauma, though).

You say you’re not invested yet if you follow your posts in this case thread you won’t let up. It’s irresponsible to repost stuff like this without vetting it first. And even if the “10,000 doctors” part was true, (though it seems you’re initial post is the only source for that), you say 10,000 doctors can’t be wrong. Well there are somewhere between 10-15 million doctors in the world. I’m guessing that 0.1% of them can be wrong.

From your post, I guess you haven't had the jabs - more fool you. The pharmaceutical companies have saved hundreds of thousands of lives from Covid-19. Understand this - there will always be someone somewhere who has a bad reaction to a drug - even to paracetamol. Don't get a job as a risk assessor.
