I've always pronounced "drawer" "drawr," but I recently heard a woman from Canada on YouTube pronouncing it "draw-er," like someone who draws. Is that pronunciation common in certain areas?
I’m with the lady from Canada, though it’s a word I don't hear anymore. Your mention of it is the first time I’ve heard or seen the word in years.
Probably.
I pronounce it droar.
Rhymes with oar.

I've always used the following; Your cabinet has a "drawer" or "drawers" pronounced as a draw or draws respectively. One who creates a drawing (with pencil and paper) is a drawer pronounced as you put it draw-er.
I grew up in NY, middle of Nassau county, Long Island. That might have something to do with my pronunciation.

Might be a regional thing. Queen's English? I visited the Buffalo area once and at least in that part of up state NY they have no accent, they sound the same as (most) people in California. In some places especially the South they say Wash as Worsh or Ask as Ax.
I have a friend from Hong Kong and she speaks more formal sounding Queen's English. It is funny since she is Chinese and yet speaks and writes in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese (since she at one time worked there before moving to the USA).

Growing up in the South, and although I don’t have a pronounced drawl, I have it said as drawwww er a lot of times!
I'm Canadian and pronounce it as "drore".
As King George said to my ancestors - there are two words those colonials won't misunderstand - "pay tax"
I grew up in NYC and have always pronounced it drawr = droar
I pronounce it to rhyme with oars.
Are we talking about skivvies or the drawers in a cabinet?
