Painters paint;
sculptors sculpt;
drawers draw, or do they sketch...

Then there's draw a bath.
With pen or pencil?

Canadian here. Same as long shadow as well. I do do the ‘eh’ thing I must confess compared to the Western New York ‘uh-huh’ thing.

While driving near Rochester one time a local car with a few teenagers in it pulled up and started yelling ‘eh’ to us. It was hilarious. I miss visiting you Americans. Hopefully our borders will be open again soon

Read your posts. It is clear why it is hard to speak English right. I came here in 1980 with refuge status.

Over here in the UK drawers can refer to an old lady's voluminous nickers.

What do residents of the UK call the pull-out things in a cabinet?
In the US it can also refer to clothes below the waist. If you sit in a wet chair, you'll get your drawers wet.
