Anyone using this lens? I am considering this wide angle lens for landscapes and astro photography. I have also considered the Tokina atx-i 11-16mm F2.8 CF. However, the reviews for the new 11-20 are impressive. It’s more expensive than the 11-16, but likely worth it for the extra zoom. I shoot with a Nikon D3300. My current lenses are Nikon 35mm, 18-55mm and 55-200mm. Wouldn't this be a nice addition? Comments welcome.
I used this lens for many years on a D7200 and D7500 for shooting astrophotography, landscapes and time lapses.

The new Tokina lenses are "ATX-i". They are cosmetic updates, but appear to be identical to the previous "AT-X" models in all other respects. Same number of elements and groups, same number of aperture blades, same minimum focus distance, etc. So if you find the earlier model on sale somewhere for less than the new one, jump on it.

Tokina are good lenses. They are D (aperture ring) lenses and its screw drive focus. I don’t know if you 3300 have this option
The Tokina wide angle zooms ARE NOT D ring lenses. They have built in focusing motor and do not require a Nikon camera with screw drive AF.
No problem using either version of the 11-20mm on a D3300.
AFAIK, their 100mm Macro is only Tokina D-ring type lens that doesn't have a built in focusing motor. This Tokina lens would be manual focus only on a D3300. (This is the case with the Nikon mount version only, in Canon EF mount it has a built in focusing motor.)
