Returned from the jab an hour ago...
A few comments, most positive and one sort of negative.
When we arrived there was a small line. As they called for our time frame we learned that we COULD NOT have the jab as it was to start for over 60 Monday as per the 'governor' orders.
A FEMA guy was there. He was not happy and wanted to report the issue to the Webmaster. To do that he needed a copy of the e-mails we received. Of course, I did not have it. One man with the same issue had it on his phone and showed it. When the FEMA person asked to take a screenshot with his own phone the other guy who was already huffy and puffy got seriously upset and down right offensive. Lucky for me, a woman also had it and let the FEMA guy take a picture.
My wife went back to the car, no big deal. I stayed to chat with the woman then some guy who was aware of the incident came out and said it was no issue, and they would take us. Turns out the jab folks had not been advised that the rule had changed the day before and had no one was informed.
To make a long story short we got our vaccination with a slight delay, NO ISSUE. The huffy and puffy ****? He had left and well, good riddance.
While talking to the FEMA folks, before the issue was solved, he told me that the next time I should sign up for a 10~11 appointment, that there was no on at this time.
Lo and behold, while waiting to 'freed' from the 'cattle pen' I noticed that he was deadly serious, there was no one, zip, nada... THAT is the negative about the whole thing. Folks are just not coming in for jabs for some reason. If you are younger and show up they will not take you because of the rigidity of the system even if they have what is needed to vaccinate.
So, an experience that is positive overall.

* Cattle pen: You have to sit in an area for at least 15 minute, more if you have a declared allergy. I had to wait 40 minutes...
My wife declared an allergy I did not know she had...
