Hi Jim,
It's a lovely composition of a beautiful girl. Overall, it's well done. However, if you're looking for an honest critique then read more, if not, stop now :)
It could be in the image or what is seen on my screen but you have a few hot spots where if they were toned down a hair, I think would lead to an even more pleasing image. I see one on near the tip of her nose, on her chin, her lip, her hair and in her ear. They aren't real obvious but if you look on a historgram, I'll bet your whites are over done some. The pin sharp in the eyes are great. I wouldn't touch them but double check for the other hot spots. Tone them back and I think you will find it will make this one stand out even more. If they are there, you will notice them once you print the image. Overall, though, a winner for sure.

Those hot spots really got me. The image looked fine in the camera. I toned them down in Lightroom and converted to black and white. Played with it a bit and this is the end result. I actually love it the way it is.
I wish I had a side to side comparison with my silver and white beauty dishes and an umbrella to compare how the hot spots would show
