Those hot spots really got me. The image looked fine in the camera. I toned them down in Lightroom and converted to black and white. Played with it a bit and this is the end result. I actually love it the way it is.

I wish I had a side to side comparison with my silver and white beauty dishes and an umbrella to compare how the hot spots would show

i would really like this portrait if you had kept the flash off the camera. The catch light in the middle of the eye makes her look not quite sane. Otherwise a very fine image.

Sadly the young seem to think pieces of metal in their face enhances their looks, sadly it does not why spoil a beautiful face with a metal stud no matter how small

Bottom line is that it's your image and if you're happy with it the way it is, then that's all that matters :)

There was no flash on the camera. This is the beauty dish that I used and positioned it above the camera on a light stand
