Now you need two dual camera straps - I haven't seen any to hold 4 cameras
Coincidence never ceases to amaze me -
Enjoy the excitement.

I have to be the luckiest guy in the whole world....of course starting with the great wife I have..
Secondly....One of the local business went under and I went to the sale of their equipment yesterday afternoon. Low and behold, they had a 7D that was still in the box and they were asking $500. i offered $350 (as that was all I had) and THEY TOOK IT!!!!!
When they gave it to me they put it AND THE LENS in a bag. I figured it was just the kit lens...IT WAS THE 24-105MM F4 L LENS!!
I couldn't even sleep last nite I was so excited.
Now I have 2 7D and 2 D800
Wow!!! I have to keep pinching myself!!!
And that lens is great!!!

Sometimes people get what they deserve. You must have been very good lately. As a Nikon user yourself, give us dark- siders your opinion on the 7D. I know it feels good in my hands.
Hi GoofyNewfie...first of all, let me give you a great big thanks for all your thread responses, sharing your expertise. i have learned a lot from you and i just wanted to say thanks.
My take on the 7d is that it's the best crop sensor camera out there. it's comfortable and the buttons are laid out fantastic. I started out with canon stuff in the digital age. I flipped a coin to see whether I was going to buy Nikon or Canon. Canon won the toss. I love the 7d. I also bought a 5dmk2 after the 7d....and the slow autofocus drove me nuts so I sold it to one of the UHH members. I have some good L lenses and from MTShooters referral..I bought the sigma 70-200mm2.8 OS and love it.
Just recently I crossed the line and bought a couple of D800 nikons and some lenses for the full frame. in between that I did trent a D7000, but still like the 7d better.
I think it's mostly the build and feel. Quality of photos are great with any canon lens that I have used.
The only thing that disappoints me on the canon stuff is the TTl flash. I have a couple of 580ex2...............even when I put one on the camera and shoot in ttl mode....ttl doesn't work every time. I can shoot the same shot 5 times and get 5 different exposures. One or 2 out of 5 look great. On the Nikon, ttl works every time and it's just my opinion...but Nikon flash doesn't look as harsh for some reason.
I will never get rid of the 7d or should I say 7ds. the only thing I wish the 7d had was 2 card slots......other than that...it's the perfect crop sensor camera. and that is just my opinion.
