WOW, you are right, the election was stolen. You have all the evidence right here so why are you here on UHH?

If I were you I would jump on the next jet to Mar-A-Lago and show trump. Tell him that you would make

a better lawyer than stupid Rudy and you will do it for $10,000 a day. Good luck and drop us a line and let us

know how you are doing.

Good advice. This guy would have served Trump well. What a shame Trump relied on Rudy instead of this guy. History would have been changed, and Trump would have another chance to save the nation. I can’t believe it—it is all so simple in hindsight.

Trump incited it well before January 6th through rhetoric telling the idiots that the election was rigged. He said the election was rigged before the election, and after claimed that he won and the election was stolen from him and them. The speech on January 6th was only a pep rally before the game. Can you add 2+2 and get 4?

Use that same logic regarding the life threatening shooting of Representative Scalise. Was it something Bernie said that drove him to it? Why isn't Bernie in jail?

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/02/a_bernie_bro_shot_steve_scalise.html

"Scalise was the victim of a Democrat terrorist who, inspired by the apocalyptic rhetoric of Bernie Sanders, that millions would die and the planet was in peril because of Republican policies, shot up a Virginia baseball field full of Republican lawmakers in June of 2017. Scalise spent six weeks in the hospital fighting for his life after the Bernie Sanders–supporter decided to save humanity by shooting Scalise and other Republicans. Sen. Rand Paul does not buy the line that Sanders was not responsible for the attack, and neither do I:

"I was there at the ball field when Steven Scalise almost died from a very, very angry violent man who was incited really by rhetoric on the left," Paul said. "And this hasn't been reported enough, when he came on the field with a semi-automatic weapon firing probably close to 200 shots at us, shooting five people and almost killing Steve Scalise, he was yelling 'this is for healthcare!' He also had a list of conservative legislators, Republicans, in his pocket that he was willing to kill."

"So what happens is that when Democrats say 'get up in their face,' they need to realize that there are a lot of unstable people out there," Paul continued. "There are people with anger issues, there are people who are prone to violence."

This is what happens when the likes of Eric Holder, Cory Booker, and Maxine Waters preach confrontation, intimidation, and getting in the faces of opponents. As someone once said, words have consequences, and when you preach that people will die unless something is done, people may die:

James T. Hodgkinson, who [sic] federal authorities identified as the shooter and who died in a shootout with police, was a staunch Bernie Sanders supporter and fit the Bernie Bro descriptor, which has come to encapsulate the segment of Sanders' insufferable and intolerant far-left supporters, who are mostly young, white males apparently motivated at least in part by racism and sexism.

Hodgkinson's ideology was clear from his Facebook account, where he had posted things such as "Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time to Destroy Trump & Co," and "Republicans are the Taliban of the USA."

The rhetoric of the left and of Bernie Sanders is violent and apocalyptic. If the human race is going to be extinct in 10 or 12 years due to capitalist greed, this encourages people to desperately take matters into their own hands and brush aside those who stand between Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders and planetary salvation.

Typical of the left-wing media reaction was MSNBC's Joy Ann Reid, who, in an appalling example of the left's pathological hatred of anything and anyone conservative, said, in not so many words, that Rep. Steve Scalise kind of had it coming when a Bernie Sanders volunteer tried to assassinate him and his GOP colleagues as they practiced for the annual baseball game between Democrats and Republicans in Congress."

How do we know the election was stolen?

1. Fabrication Of Phony Votes Filmed In Atlanta
Americans were shocked and aghast as a surveillance video at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia — the tabulation center for the election — graphically showed fake ballot manufacturing in progress.
Republican poll watchers and observers asked to leave in the middle of the election night. Once the room was cleared, the election larceny began. Several election officials were filmed pulling out large boxes of ballots from underneath a draped table. Then, they proceeded to tabulate a quantity of fake manufactured ballots estimated to be in the range of tens of thousands.
View the video online.

2. Bribes Paid To Voters To Back Biden
On native American reservations in Arizona and Nevada, media reports recount how “native Americans traded their votes for VISA gift cards, jewelry, and other ‘swag.'”

3. Ballots For Trump Were Destroyed
In Arizona, over 75,000 absentee ballots were reported as unreturned when they were actually returned. These absentee ballots were then either lost or destroyed and/or were replaced with blank ballots filled out by election workers or other third parties.

4. Dead Voters Lined Up for Biden
“In Pennsylvania, matching voter rolls to public obituaries found what appears to be over 8,000 confirmed dead voters successfully casting mail-in ballots.”
In Georgia,10,315 ballots were cast by individuals whose name and date of birth matches a GA resident who died in 2020 prior to the election.

5. The Number of “Indefinitely Confined” Voters Tripled
In Wisconsin, “clerks in Dane and Milwaukee counties offered illegal advice that encouraged individuals to use indefinite confinement as a way to ignore the state’s photo I.D. requirement.”
Under Wisconsin law, each voter may decide for himself if he is indefinitely confined, but the clerks in most WI counties decided that, due to the pandemic, everyone was potentially indefinitely confined and sent out absentee ballots to all voters, totally obviating the state’s photo id law.
The Wisconsin GOP sued, and the state Supreme Court ruled that it was right and that “a county clerk may not “declare” that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic.” The court said that, “…the presence of a communicable disease such as COVID-19, in and of itself, does not entitle all electors [voters] in Wisconsin to obtain an absentee ballot…” and thus bypass the photo id law.
The number of Wisconsin voters who avoided identity checks by claiming to be “indefinitely confined” surged from just under 70,000 voters in 2019 to over 200,000 in 2020. The extra 130,000 “indefinitely confined” voters were five times Biden’s margin in Wisconsin.
The Trump campaign contends that “more than 28,000 votes were counted from people who failed to provide identification by abusing the state’s “indefinitely confined” status, including two Biden electors.”

6. Phony Ids Used To Vote
In a sworn affidavit, a poll worker in testified that “poll workers were instructed to advise people who wanted to register to vote and did not have proper Nevada IDs or Driver’s Licenses to do the following: These unregistered voters could go outside into the parking lot and make an appointment with the Department of Motor Vehicles as late as January 2021 to obtain a Nevada Driver’s License as proof of their identity. They could then bring in confirmation of their DMV appointment in either paper or digital form; and that would be sufficient to allow them to be registered.”

7. Voters Who Had Moved Away Voted Anyway
In Georgia, over 20,000 people appear to have sent a Notice of Changed Address form to the Georgia state government or had other indications of moving out of state. Yet, these clearly ineligible out- of-state voters appeared to have remained on the voter rolls and voted in the 2020 election.

8. Signatures Were Not Verified
In Georgia, the Secretary of State, and future governor, Brian Kemp, both supposedly Republicans, actually agreed to relax signature verification on mailed and absentee ballots so that only one signature verification was required, even though state law required two.

9. Naked Unsigned Ballots Were Counted
Democrat poll workers in Pennsylvania discarding the signed outer envelope in which paper ballots had been sent in. With just the “naked” ballot, there was no way to determine the voter’s eligibility,
While Pennsylvania law requires that the outer envelope be signed in order for the vote to be counted, the Secretary of State, Kathy Boockvar — a staunch Democrat — issued “guidance” saying that naked ballots had to be counted anyway.
Even when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected Boockvar’s “guidance,” she insisted that the naked ballots be counted, and they were included in the tally.
Since polling showed that Biden won over 75% of all mail ballots (while Trump won 80% of in person election day votes), the Boockvar ruling had a lot to do with the Democrats stealing Pennsylvania’s twenty electoral votes.
In Wisconsin, “Nearly 6,000 absentee ballots were counted that were contained in incomplete and altered ballot envelopes that the Wisconsin statutes expressly forbid.”

10. Republican Observers Were Barred From Vote Tabulation Centers
During the actual vote tabulation in 2020 and in subsequent recounts, Republicans were barred from monitoring what was happening.
Navarro reports that “in Georgia Michigan, and Pennsylvania, poll watchers and observers were denied entry to ballot counting centers by Judges of Elections and other poll workers. This was despite presenting proper certification and identification.”
In these three states — and also in Nevada — “Republican poll watchers were also forced inside confined areas, thereby limiting their view. In some cases, this confinement was enforced by local law enforcement.
In Michigan poll workers put up poster boards on the windows of the room where ballots were being processed and counted so as to block the view. In Pennsylvania, tens of thousands of ballots were processed in back rooms where poll observers were prohibited from being able to observe at all.

11. Defective Paper Ballots Were “Cured”
In Pennsylvania, contrary to state law, poll workers were trained to allow voters to cure or “correct” their ballots. According to one court filing, Democrat-controlled counties in Pennsylvania participated in pre-canvass activities prior to Election Day “by reviewing received mail-in ballots for deficiencies” such as “lacking the inner secrecy envelope or lacking a signature of the elector on the outer declaration envelope.” Voters were then notified so that they could cure their ballots – which, Navarro points out, was a clear violation of state law.”
In one Pennsylvania precinct, Republican poll workers saw their Democratic counterparts sort approximately 4,500 ballots with various errors into bins. Poll workers then re-filled out the 4,500 ballots so that they could be read by tabulation machines, an action contrary to state law.
In Michigan, poll workers altered the dates on the outer envelopes of the ballots so that they would be able to count them.
Mich. poll workers also filled out blank ballots to “correct” mail-in and absentee ballots according to what they believed the “voter had intended.”
12. Ballots Arriving Late Were Counted…Illegally
In Pennsylvania, 630,000 votes arrived after election day, almost ten percent of the 7 million votes cast. State law required that no late votes be counted. But the Pennsylvania Supreme Court — a solidly Democratic bench — overrode the Legislature and required that votes be counted if they arrived within three days after election day.
13. Votes Were Cast In The Names Of Ineligible Voters
In Georgia, 2,506 ballots were cast by individuals whose name and date of birth matches an incarcerated felon in a Georgia prison.

Also, in Georgia, 4,502 illegal ballots were cast by individuals who do not appear on the state’s voter rolls. 18,325 illegal ballots were cast by individuals who registered to vote using an address listed as vacant according to the postal service. At least 86,880 ballots were cast by people whose registrations were illegally backdated.

In a letter to the Georgia secretary of state, Trump attorney Cleta Mitchell cited similar numbers:
• “In 2016, 3.5% of absentee or mail-in ballots were rejected.
• In 2018, 2.9% were rejected
• But in 2020, only 0.3% were tossed out. Thirty times less than in 2016.”

In the key swing states, the evidence of fraud in the ballot counting was especially clear.
I told the president as the dimensions of the Democratic fraud became apparent that he was like he was running up the stairs while Biden was just riding the escalator of fraudulent votes.
The president kept insisting that he won the election by a lot, noting that when a Republican carries Florida and Ohio, he always wins.

Since the bulk of the fraud in the 2020 election was aimed at paper ballots, we have to ask the fundamental question: How did the Democrats get people to use paper mail-in or absentee ballots in 2020?
In 2016, only a quarter of Americans voted by mail or on paper ballots. But in the 2020 election, half did. How did the Democrats do it?

They harnessed and inflamed fear of the Covid-19 virus to do so.
How do we know the election was stolen? br br 1. ... (show quote)

Did you get all of this "evidence" from the dumpsters behind the court houses where the evidence was presented and then dumped as garbage?

You said to watch the video of the ballot nonsense... where is the link?

Where are links to any of the other evidence like media reports of this and that?

Do you have anything more than here-say to show?

You have taken the Trump bait hook, line and sinker. You are a hopeless case. I suspect that even if Trump came out and said his whole presidency was a ruse, a scam, a joke, and that he duped you all, YOU would come up with something to explain why he was now being pressured into "lying."

Poor grammar for sure, but it obviously refers to the rioters' shouts of "hang Pence", which would be a lynching.

All the blathering ON BOTH SIDES that is going on here apparently neglects appreciation of some basic facts:

A. At no point in his rambling nearly-incoherent speech did Trumpf specifically call on anyone to go and assault the Capital. Was not said. Did not happen. Transcripts and copies of the speech are available. (And yes, I ‘suffered’ through the entire damn thing looking for the supposed impeachable offense of ‘incitement to insurrection’ — it does not exist).

B. The break-through of the metal barriers at the Capital occurred BEFORE the conclusion of Trumpf’s speech. As a matter of fact, the Capital had been breached before the end of the speech. Just a fact. There are analyses of the timeline of both Trumpf’s speech and the march to and break in of the Capital. Look it up yourself!

C. I Personally, I am appalled by the actions of a bunch of moronic hoodlums who, even if just ‘caught-up-in-the-moment’ should have had enough sense to realize they were in defiance of law.

D. There were many individuals deluded by some fervor who were prepared almost militarily — helmets, vests, pepper spray, clubs and other weapons. No matter what is considered, this paraphernalia is not required for a ‘peaceful protest’.

E. It will be particularly interesting to see which individuals are identified that were actually responsible for breaching the barriers, breaking windows and gaining first entries. Are these persons members of any particular organizations (AntiFa, white supremacists, Boise, etc.)?

Reasoning individuals would conclude storming the Capital Building would not and could not alter the results of a national election. No matter what allegations of impropriety or fraud had been made in that election (and that were and still are unproven). The hypothesis is these persons were un-sane.

My thought is that persons who participated in the riot should be prosecuted fully. I would consider confiscation of their personal possessions and deportation, actually.

The only way to prevent any re-occurrence of alleged fraudulent voting practices is to take a page from the demo-socialist playbook: Register as a Democrat. Volunteer to be involved in the electoral process. Become an undercover witness. Document and verify fraud and irregularities, then EXPOSE THEM! This is the only way to prevent fraud or correct what is alleged to have occurred.

Not so sure about the ‘let them off the hook’ part. Once in the prosecutors hands the thinking brings in how a jury might come down on the evidence presented.

Good point but it appears the govt is letting all of them of the hook with lessor minor charges - trespassing , interfering with congress etc.

No only that but we are now hearing the justice department, via further investigation is finding more and more evidence some of these defendants planned this in advance and will probably be charged with more serious charges.

No matter how hard the trump cult tries to say trump can't be impeached after he's out of office, they're forgetting that Impeachment occurs in the House.

trump has already been Impeached!

The Trial occurs in the Senate. The trump trial won't start for over a week.

If trump opens his mouth to encourage his supporters to gather in Washington before or during his trial, then the DOJ, can use the law you cited.

But without any action by trump as a private citizen, it's currently up to the Senate right now to convict, then to remove his post presidency benefits, and to bar trump from ever holding another elected office.

The law doesn't apply to trump and the events which lead up to the insurrection on January 6, 2021.

It would apply to anything which trump does after high noon on January 20, 2021.

Don't forget the now two Capitol Police suicides since that day.

At least two other Capitol Police officers have severe vertebrae damage.

One Capitol Police Officer will lose an eye as a result of the insurrection!
