Doesn’t seem complicated.

I would think trump should be happy it is the impeach approach.- as should his supporters as it seems the lessor of the potential punishments .

The predictable thing about Trump is that he will serve his own interests above all else. Rule of law, ethics, right and wrong, morality, love of country, integrity do not have a part in his mind set.

He was still President at that time. It is the Senate trial that is being held now, not the impeachment.

Aside from Trump’s innocence or guilt—are you saying that a sitting President cannot incite an i**********n simply because as President he is the existing authority?

There was no incitement, there was no i**********n..........it was all poor theater..........
