If you use your cell phone the photo will be on the cloud even if they take the phone.
Oh, maybe on your phone, not all phones. And some that can store in the cloud you can turn it off.

If you broadened your horizons a bit and stopped pandering to eurotrash you would see that the U.S. is very far from being prominent on the list of dangerous countries in the world. Largely because, at least some of us, chose to protect ourselves without depending on a overburdened police force. I'm not attacking you personally, just pointing out a commonly held but untrue myth.
I’m very aware of the crimes committed in our country, and assure you I don’t give up anything to anyone. Other countries are worse, that’s why they keep coming here, but at least we still can defend ourselves, for how much longer is the question.
Now for the camera part, I just missed a great opportunity to take a few pictures of bunch of white geese/goose, and what looked like a big gander. These are something that I rarely see and couldn’t pull over to use my cell phone.
Went back later and they were gone. 🙁
thanks....never really thought about the similarities in techniques, but I'm sure you are right and I will try to keep that in mind when I line up for a good shot (with my camera).

I didn't wait to be drafted. First in line at the recruiters after graduating High School. Qualified with M-14 and
M-16. .38 Police Special and .45 Model 1911. 12 Gage Shotgun. Remained a citizen of the U.S. and pulled my share of the load.
Well that explains a lot ... you're a homeless lifer.
Where I come from you didn't get laid if you were gung ho Vietnam.
I'm still a citizen, who gives up a US passport? Be sure and let us know when order is finally restored.

I'd hate to be as scared as you !
Not a bit. Reasonably cautious, yes.

If one is a FELON one cannot lawfully own a firearm. But felons tend not to obey laws.

He/She can have their rights restored if the crime was not perpetrated with a firearm
Felons are laughing all the way to a....crime and then some

Yep, that's the way it works most of the time, unfortunately. I carry an Olympus TG-6. Great little camera for a point and shoot but can also go diving, shoot two levels of macro, raw, video etc. I really like it!.

If you had been "strapped" you could have shot all the geese and that gander. Then they would have still been there when you went back to photograph them

That was just the first step in restoring order. It amazes me how few people understand that!
I'm neither homeless nor a lifer. 20 years is a short period in a man's life. And the fact that I wander doesn't mean I'm lost, nor homeless.

Where I come from ... re-up once and you're a lifer.
Where I come from ... live in a caravan and you're homeless.
Where I come from now, So.E.Queensland ... we had one case of the mutated English covid 19 and we're locked
down and masked up (AUD$1,300 fine) from 6:00 PM Fri - 6:00 PM Mon.
Stay well.
