John Adams, one of our Founding Fathers, said . . "Democracy will soon degenerate into an anarchy, (a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority) such an anarchy that every man will do what is right in his own eyes and no man's life or property or reputation or will be secure . . . "
Remember, this nation was founded as a republic ruled by law (the constitution), not by men!

I don't blame him. I have doubts too. Before you mention the number of suits that have been thrown out by the courts, check the political affiliations of the judges making those decisions.

Many of the judges who threw out the bogus Trump cases were Republicans and a good number were appointed by Trump himself, including 3 SCOTUS judges who all ruled against him. Some of the harshest decisions throwing out the bogus cases were written by Republican judges. Do you think that Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barret are all part of a conspiracy to let Biden "steal" the election?

I agree....we can not allow another election to be stolen.
The only thing that has been stolen is the country's faith in the election system as a result of the lies by Trump and his followers. But if you distilled the arguments in all of the cases down to a single sentence you are left with "those who voted for Biden in swing states should be disenfranchised."

None of the cases have been dismissed on the merits nor have any of the allegations been disproven. This alone along with the sheer number of cases, the most in U.S. election history by far, and the number of people and high ranking state officials throughout the country who concur, along with the mountains of evidence should tell a reasonable person that the election had significant and widespread fraud and was most likely stolen.
This truly was a year of infamy in U.S. political history.

You are off your rocker!
Not a shred of viable and reliable evidence has been presented in court!
126 members of the House of Representatives risk sensure in January and may not be seated because of their support of the Texas Supreme Court case.

Burden of proof is on the plaintiff/prosecutor - you have to prove your case. Allegations aren’t anything - they are the equivalent of the complaint in a civil case. The most you can do with an allegation is use to it originate a probable cause investigation. Most certainly they aren’t evidence. Because there is no evidence there can be no merit to the suit. All I’ve seen are mountains of allegations. I haven’t seen any evidence in the suits that would pass even the lowest bar for evidence.
Basically I’ve seen more than enough sloppiness by the election officials to warrant the dismissal of a lot of them for cause. There is reasonable evidence for that. Proving wide scale fraud is extremely difficult as you must show that the actions at issue were made with criminal intent and that the actions clearly affected the outcome and the evidence presented must pass the highest bar there is.
