I don't blame him. I have doubts too. Before you mention the number of suits that have been thrown out by the courts, check the political affiliations of the judges making those decisions.

At least 86 judges (both elected and appointed, selected by Democrats and Republicans alike) — ranging from jurists serving at the lowest levels of state court systems to members of the United States Supreme Court — rejected at least one post-e******n lawsuit filed by Trump or his supporters.
If you read the details of all 50 rulings online, there should be no lingering doubt. Hysterical twitter rants vs. Courts of Law...this year just gets sadder and sadder.
