Nice! Some people wait 20-25 years to write what you wrote under the first picture...

If all you did was the replacement and no further touch up, it appears to do a better job than PSE 2018's Edit/Selection Fill/Content Aware process. At least in my experience.

Stan, I did have to touch up where the tree appeared from the middle of the roof. That was the center of the boys head, so it did not create the trunk. I expanded the image to 300% and drew it in using clone. Then I also straightened the roof line. But it added a lot of the photo where none existed behind the boys. All in all, I never thought I would have a decent photo, and I think this is OK to post to the site that is accumulating historical data. I am probably the last one left that even knows what that building looked like back in 1947, and this is one of the few photos that showed any measure of that house.

I know this is not completely relevant, but I would like to know is the new AI a subscription like photoshop?

No, a one time fee. I bought it pre release and I think the cost was $70. It works a lot different than Adobe. Once you get what it is, it is really easy, and intuitive. They do have free support too. I used it once or twice and was happy.

I appreciate your answer. I have held off purchasing because I thought that it was a subscription.

Luminar has never had subscriptions; that’s why I like it.
