I purchased a used Kirk collar for my Nikon 200-500 lens. When I received it, I was surprised to find out that it wasn't a Kirk collar at all, it looked like a some off brand or knockoff. I paid almost $160 for what they advertised as a Kirk NC-200-500 V2 in excellent condition (a new one sells for $210). I called them and they sent me an RMA and I sent the collar back. FedEx said that the received it. When I called to find out about my refund they weren't very nice and transferred me to a supervisor's phone mail. I left a message and have not heard back from the yet. I cancelled payment on my credit card. I will not deal with KEH in the future

I've had nothing but good experience with them. Very professional and polite on the phone. I've returned lenses for no good reason just wanting to try something out before deciding and they honored the return with no hassle. I had to pay shipping both ways but they are up front about that policy. Otherwise shipping is free. I've kept lenses and extenders purchased from them and they were always what I've expected with a six month or longer warranty.

Ditto too! No problem selling four cameras, or buying and selling lenses.

I have not had any issues with KEH. I purchased a RRS "L" bracket for my Nikon d850, I confirmed payment on Friday and at that instant I noticed a 10% off deal. I called them on Monday and explained the situation and they gave me the 10% off refunded to my CC in just a couple days.

A huge Amen ! all around. Many happy transactions. And a very prompt solution to the single time there was a problem. eBay is cheaper but KEH is a better deal.

I've had several very good experiences with them. I got my Nikon 600mm f/4G at a great price from KEH. I hope they come through for you.

I have bought a number of lenses from them and have never had a problem.

Your loss, not theirs. Your boycott is like pissing into the wind. You will not at all be missed.

I just re-read your thread about mirror slap on your D750. I would nevvvvuh sell YOU anything. There are most assuredly certain aspects of your KEH dealings that were omitted from your tale of woe.

Good bye, and have fun on eBay.

There are other places to purchase from other then ebay. You can see how good a company is when there is a issue and how they deal with it. I'm glad that your transitions were trouble free. Hope you don't get pissed on.

I have only sold to KEH. I had Adorama return a lens to me when they wanted to reduce their original offer based on a non existent issue. The person I spoke to was less than professional.

I sent it to KEH and got more than I expected. They upped the condition from what I had figured.
