I think the scientific community began the: "So" which I despise. Close is "The new normal" which almost often salutes a general lessening of the current!
“Reach out” drives me totally off the rails! It seems like before I retired a couple years ago everyone under 35 was using it in every other sentence.

2020 is coming to an end. There are many words and phrases that have been overused this year. Some that come to mind for me are:
“At the end of the day”
“Repurposed”
“Reimagined”
Starting answers to questions with “So”
“Final thoughts”
“The new normal”
“Game changer”
“Reach out”

Tactical--Another word that has lost its real value. Does the world really need a tactical spatula? One that not only flips food but slices, spreads and scoops?
Impact--If you don't have a tactical everything it will IMPACT your life! You betcha. That tactical fanny pack is better than a Head of the Line Pass at any amusement park.
