As we continued our drive back to the Aghadoe Heights Hotel, our base in Killarney, we encountered more beautiful scenery as we left the Killarney National Park. The first 4 images were taken from the Ladies View overlook at 1/250 sec f10 and the last 6 from my prime seat in the front row of the tour bus. I used a Nikon D7500 with a Nikkor 18-300 lens at 1/640 sec, f7.1 auto ISO for the shots from the bus. I debated whether or not to clone out the raindrops on the windshield and chose to leave them in for more character and credibility. For a narrative please see my previous post :

I hope you enjoy this set - especially the downloads.

Another beautiful series with scenic captures beautifully rendered. The second image literally took my breath away and I looked at it for several minutes. You have beautifully captured and presented the ethereal spirit of the Emerald Isle in this image. Kudos are in order and willingly given for this fine photographic artistry, good eye and great composition. Please stay well and keep on sharing your great work.

George- Your most generous comments are so meaningful to me and truly inspire me to continue posting my best work. Thank you so much for the compliments!

There you go now! You could put a big picture window in the exam room so you could enjoy the view while you are working - and give the passing tourists something to gape at too.

I fear that would result a dramatic increase in road accidents!

Terrific. I especially liked the second. For some reason, it struck me as almost another world.

Thank you so much geno. The second one is among my favorites since it shows several elements of the landscape in the area. I appreciate your comments!

Wonderful set Mark of a beautiful country! I love the moody skies, but I'm starting to wonder if they ever get any sunny days.

Thanks very much Bill. We did have a few sunny days following the bad weather which is the rule over there. My next few posts will have more blue skies.

Tremendous views of the scenery, Mark...enjoying your bus rides and how you manage monopolizing the front row seat...kidding...that seat does make for some great photos!!

Thanks so much Jim. Tauck rotates seats every day. I was fortunate to sit in front at the most scenic area after coming from whiteout along the coast. I did take lots of of pictures from that seat. As you’ll note from the EXIF, they were all taken on the same day.
