With more people at home, maybe they are just getting a lot more requests for help. I often find a chat session quicker if they are available.

That has been my experience as well. They may not fully test their products before release but they've been prompt to respond to any problems I've had.

I have had my computer crash every time I tried to use DeNoise AI for the last three versions. They have been in contact with me and claim that they are working on the problem. 2.2.12 is the last stable version that I can use. I keep trying the new ones when they tell me they have fixed it and then uninstalling and using the old one when they keep crashing.
