I just watched a tutorial by Aaron Nace in regards to the new Adobe sky replacement tool. According to him it is out and ready to use. I don't have it. I checked my update status on Adobe and I am up to date. I had read online an announcement from Adobe that it would be out on the 18th or 19th but not here. Any idea as to why I wouldn't have it yet?
It tells me I have v 21.2.4 and I am up to date???
No, current update for Photoshop is 22.0 which contains a sky replacement tool. For Lightroom Classic the current update is 10.0 which I haven't looked at yet.

I realize that, but my PS says I have v 21.2.4 and that I am up to date. It is telling me I have no updates available.
It usually automatically updates, but for some reason I had to go to 'check for updates' in the creative cloud app. Maybe because it is the Photoshop 2021 release and has to remove the 2020 version (if you choose that option).
I'm in Ohio so we might be the same region if that's how they do it. I hadn't heard that.
