I have bought many items from them through the years. They a reputable business. Their rating system is very conservative. If the item is rated as Excellent + I have come to find out that when I have the item in my hands it looks like new. If your not satisfied or there is an issue, they will stand by you. Great costumer service.

Over the years I've made a number of purchases from KEH.... NO WORRIES!

They are highly reputable and stand behind everything they sell. Their descriptions are accurate.... possibly even conservative. Some items I've bought have been better than expected. If the lens you're considering is rated "excellent" by them, you can pretty much bank on it. And, if it's not to your liking for any reason, they'll take it back and refund your money, no questions asked for a reasonable amount of time.

I've bought and sold a lot of equipment with KEH, including the in-person round-ups. I can think of three items that arrived that were not fully operational, all lenses more than 20 years old at the time. It's important to verify the equipment upon receipt and request a no-questions pre-paid return authorization if you detect any problems or change of mind.

I will join the chorus, KEH is a great company to do business with. I have bought cameras, lenses, lighting, etc. from them for 30 years now. Their ratings are very conservative; don't be afraid to buy bargain condition.

My dealings with KEH have been very good experiences. I’m considering buying A Sony 85mm f/1.4 GM from them now. I never had reason to contact their support department.

I never bought from them but they have been around for decades. I used to their ads in Popular Photography. Check the better business bureau

I have been dealing with KEH for years. I have never had any problems and products are often in better condition than rated. They are probably the best source overall for used photo gear.
