Pictures with people that close their eyes.
I just tell them to blink, them take the shot immediately after. Works every time.

I presume supper glue would be served after 6:00 pm?

Which Photoshop are you talking about or elements ?
PSE 2018 or later has "Open closed eyes" feature. I used recently; worked great!
Theres an online course that trains people to do this.
Unfortunately they only admit bright pupils.
Yes,
I use Photoshop Elements 2020 and like the "open closed eyes" feature. Perfect for that group photo that looks perfect except for that one person.
It works best if you have other photos of the subject in which the eyes are actually open but you can also use someone elses eyes within your organizer. Kind of hit and miss with this method.

Looking for a photo software program that can open peoples eyes.
My Sony A77 has a eye closed setting that can be turned on or off. In the on position it will not allow the picture to be taken if someone is blinking at the time of exposure. Never tried it so cannot comment on how well it works.

There may be other programs capable of doing that but that is where full blown Photoshop excels. Several years ago my sister-in-law asked me to help with pictures of her mom and dad at their anniversary dinner. She took two photos and in the first her dad looked great but her mom's eyes were full closed. In the second her mom looked great but her dad was looking away. I copied her mom's eyes from the first photo and pasted them on her mom's face in the second photo using feather and blending. It was tedious and took a quite a while but the end result looked great. I printed her several a 8 x 10 enlargements and she was thrilled. By the way, she took the photos with a small point and shoot with flash.

How about, "Close your eyes and open them on 3."
Press the shutter on 3.1, before they can blink again.
Have them close their eyes and then open them when you count to 3. Works 99% of the time
A trick I use to keep people from closing their eyes when taking their photo is have them close their eyes and tell them not to open them until you say so. The instant you tell them to open their eyes, snap the photo. It works every time.
To replace closed eyes in a photo, use another photo of someone and clone their eyes onto the photo with the person's eyes closed.
How about a way to open the eyes of the opposite political party?

So where is all the chatter about swapping elements in a photo is so bad????? If this OP had mentioned "sky" or Luminar the righteous hounds would be all over this.
Cheers!
In the future (works for individuals + groups): have everyone turn their head backwards 90 degrees. At the count of 3, have everyone swing their head forward and smile. Works every time: natural smiles, eyes wide open.
Your welcome.
