I wonder if it isn't a Sharp-shinned Hawk as the tailfeathers are flat across the bottom. On the Coopers Hawk they are rounded. I think?

The two are very close - my app called it a Cooper's but looking at internet photos of each I can't decide. Thanks for commenting Ken.
