There is a program called Smart Photo Editor. The standard version is a stand alone that costs $29.00. It does most anything ok, and has simple tutorials that are easy to see.

I Googled "simplest photo editing software." This looks like it might be a good option.

I have started to use Capture One Pro 20. The cloning tool works really well. I have managed to remove some large unwanted objects from my pics
