I agree. Both sides of story are needed BUT how does one do that? All he knows is his side. I wait for more problems of the same type being told before I consider acting upon it.
The OP self condemned. He said he was partially at fault. No he was completely at fault. Time limit was up, he missed the call.
The vendor went above and beyond. And now to top it off I am the bad guy.
Beat me with a wet noodle.

No matter how thin you slice the bread there are still two sides.

Still a bunch of a holes.
If you saw what I said. The problem is solved and had to transfer the call. I am not attacking B&H as I said I have been using them and liked them. I pointed out they were so backed up the phone waiting time was over 2 hours.
And you blind thinkers attack me for every thing you can.
Proof how good B&H is it is so good ant idiot can use it. Me included.
IMHO adorama is slightly better.
My understanding is that due to the COVID virus they, like a lot of other businesses, are operating with reduced staff.
I have never had a problem with B&H.

My takeaway is proofreading is a dying art...
Deadright , 11bravo !!
My takeaway is " what the heck is a blind thinker ...."
I shop at Hunts in Manchester and deal with one person there who knows his stuff. I have ordered on line from B & H and Adorama in the past with no problems. The orders were for hard to find items that they had.
Good luck
Think the Hunts customers might not be so blind and nasty.
I lost my respect for a bunch of people. The real shame this country has turned nasty. The way I thought of the people on the blog a fellow camera buffs is now a crowd of people some camera people and a bunch of nasty people.
If I didn't reread it for punctuation and spelling it's ok you can.
it is not dirty laundry.everybody has the right to express their opinions as long it is done in a respectful manner.we are not living in Russia,China where you can be silenced for expressing ones opinion.we can agree to disagree in a respectful manner instead of using words like "dirty laundry".
I agree, I spent 4 years working for my uncle Sam and we all respected each other and look out for each other, I went thru the 2nd EMT class in NY State for Firemen about 60 years ago, but after this round I would think twice to walk across the street to help some on this blog.
My feeling about some of the people on the blog are what is making America a divided country.
I started out pointing out my like for B&H and the long phone delay(over 2 Hrs) I was bombarded by small people on "how great H&H is (which I said)and how could I say anything against B&H. At this point I don't care. Just a disgust of people I don't know, but had a photo bond, and now care less.
Love their customer respect and service. I wish any other business was as competent and responsible.
