Thank you. I'm considering a website. But I think you're correct that they may be be of some value. I worked over a six year period (1978 - 1984) and photographed much of the St. Louis near north side and most importantly to me the inhabitants. What I'm thinking right now, although it may be presumptuous of me, is to first get the film scanned and processed (working on it) and then see if the St. Louis Historical Society will accept the film as a donation. Otherwise I think when I'm gone the photos will go with me.

Also please consider the Missouri State Historical Society or the same organization for Illinois where appropriate. Your work should be preserved for the future as also should be the work of many others who are members of this forum. If your work as an art instructor was informed with the same humanity as indicated by this photograph, you must have been loved and appreciated by your students. Thank you for sharing this image with us,

Thank you, I'm flattered. I was working on the project this afternoon and here's the most recent photo scanned and processed.

Excellent. It is great to see portraits where the subject is absolutely comfortable with both themselves and the photographer whom they obviously trust. Thanks for sharing this image. I hope as you go on with this project we will see more portraits of some the people you photographed.
