An interesting set!
My personal preferences are #s 2 and 3 because of them all, to my eye, these two reveal the greatest perception of differences in degrees of depth between the major subject masses.
I tend to think of composition existing not just in two dimensions, but in its ability to permit visualization in all three axes: x,y, and z.

I vote #2 then #4, they’re all good in their own right, tho.

I like #2 the best, then second place is close between #3 and #4. I think I willd pick #4 as the second place finisher.
