Robert, I have Charter too and that's what I clicked on but all I got was a blank, all black page.

If you couldn't accurately read the small type in the word "beasts" perhaps that also explains why some of your photos are also out of focus!

Well, worked for me. Our local cable was Charter, then Time-Warner bought them and our channel line-up changed, then Spectrum took over. And Smithsonian and Nat Geo are part of our "Silver" package.
