This is written so poorly I can't imagine what you are asking. Can you try and rephrase, in English, with proper grammar?

But I will take a stab at it. Is this what you are looking for?

Gene, that was rude and insensitive. You don't have any idea of the language capabilities of this poster. His question was perfectly understandable. He simply wants to create a black background and put a frame around his image.

Two questions that ask for the same result...

How do I create a large layer background (color black) then paste my image centered into it?
How do I create a black frame around my existing image?

Answer to both cases: It depends on the software used.

I am first generation in the US. One of my parents spoke English or at least the Irish version. My mother not so much. We all grew up speaking a second language. We were never allowed to speak it in public if everyone was unaware of what you were saying. Manners meant something to them or at least to my mother.

I just posted some flowers with black backgrounds in the photo gallery and briefly explained how I did it. See them here: https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-647121-1.html

I do agree. Most of these subject titles are not helpful at all.

Excellent!

There are three possible ways to make frames (image borders) in this list of tutorials:

Ease up Gene51. It sounds like English is somewhere down the list. Definitely not his first language.
I think he is asking how to put a black background on his pictures then put them in a frame.
What he is NOT asking for is to be put down by some smart arse.
Coming from Montreal his first language is probably French. You might try responding in French to make things easier for him/her

If I remember any of my French, Linda just asked you if you would like to go to the woods and she'll take photos of you while you are in the nude.

Hahaha,, that's the trouble with a translating programme. If you don't happen to speak at least a reasonable amount of that language, you have no idea what you are saying in that language, through a translation software. With that said, most are very good and can be mostly understood by the recipient. For fun, type in a sentence then translate it, then run it back into English then do it again and run it back into English and see if it is still the same thing you originally typed.

[quote=burkphoto]You know, John, Gene51 is one of the good guys here. He honestly wants to help the original poster. You might understand if you noticed that Gene has over 22,000 posts on UHH. Many of those are very detailed solutions to simple and complex problems.

Sorry, Burkphoto, but just because you have 22,000 posts shouldn't give you the right to be rude and inconsiderate. You are correct that he answers many questions but that doesn't change the rules of etiquette.

Happy trails

Hi how can i make the background Or m’y photo black and add to my Pictures a frame

I think you are asking how to change the background of a photo black, and add a (virtual) frame. If so, there is a lot of software which will change the background of a photo. I use Anthropics, and it works reasonably well. As to the frame, if you actually mean frame, there are numerous free templates on-line. Just make sure you change them to the resolution of your photo before trying to merge. If instead, you mean a matte, then create an image with the border dimensions and color you want (11 X 14 photo with a 1" border = 13 X 16), again using the same resolution, and center the photo in the new image. Conversely, if you wish to use a specific frame, then reverse the process - frame size length -2; frame size width - 2. That should get the result you want.

Yes - I fully agree. Why some people on this forum have to put others down is beyond me. A little help and kindness goes a long way. Remember from where you came. No one needs sarcasm or smart arse remarks when they are trying to learn something. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. I see a lot of uncalled for remarks on this forum. What gives. For those that are doing it, you think you are better then others, well your not. So get over yourself and treat others with respect.
