i.e., 5 + [5+10+4] x 2 = 5 + 19 x 2 = 5 + 38 = 43
where [5+10+4] = boy wearing 2 shoes and holding 2 bouquets

2 cones = 4, so 1 cone = 2
boy with 2 cones and 2 shoes = 5 + 4 + 10 = 19
(2 x 19) + 5 = 43
