My wife and I with a dog and a cat full time RV. A lot of my photography has been travel related but recently I have focused on (no pun intended) bird photography. I have a 150-450 with 1.4 converter. With the lockdown restrictions in place I have been trying macro with a 100mm macro as it affords opportunities in the immediate area.
I have had a Pentax K5 for several years but have really just begun to use it after retiring 4 years ago. I look forward to learning from the years of experience of the members here. Thanks
Welcome. Have fun. Macro can keep you busy for a long time.

The Pentax 100mm Macro is one of my all-time favorite lenses. Works perfectly on my K-1 as well as on my KS-2. As you might guess, this forum is very much about canikonsony, but it is a terrific place to HANG-OUT. So much great photo info, and many great folks. RJM
Welcome to the Hog, enjoy.
