I used to think not untold the series CONSPIRACY THEIRY where an ex navy seal took the same type rifle and pulled it off.

Mainly because there is no evidence of it. The wild rumor is based entirely on a memo by an aide to Nixon saying the HUAC shouldn't interview "Jack Rubenstein of Chicago". Considering the Chicago has a large Jewish population and presumably several "Jack Rubensteins", there's really nothing to suggest that this particular Jack Rubenstein is the one who changed his name and moved to Dallas. There's also nothing to suggest any relationship between Nixon and this Rubenstein whomever he is.

Yes the hydro shock goes out in a sphere and the front of the skull was already shattered so the shock could blow out through and enlarge the entrance hole.

I am open to that, is there a link somewhere to the experiments, actually I would like to see video evidence in a simulation if available....

Penn & Teller performed that in an episode of the Showtime series "Bullshit!" in 2005. I couldn't find a link to the video (Actually, I found a link a page on Youtube saying the video was pulled down for copyright violations).
