Yes, they do, and it’s pretty basic as these states have some of the highest household incomes in the country so they pay more in federal taxes, which doesn't necessarily equate to more federal money for services.

The states with more federal workers and contracts, such as Maryland and Virginia, or those with higher health care costs and poverty rates, also receive more in federal spending, as do states with large tracts of federal land on them (and/or NA reservations). Other drivers include the percent of retirees, who receive SS payments.

Pence has since said he does not believe Flynn mislead him on purpose, and it’s well documented that the actual FBI agents who interviewed Flynn said he did not lie and now with all the transcripts it’s well documented that the FBI not only didn’t mirandize Flynn, they drove him broke and then used coercion to force him to plead out.

Trump fired Flynn based on the now-known-to-be-a-lie FBI claim that he lied.

ALL of the money that the feds have comes from stealing 4 trillion dollars of our money in the form of federal taxes. The govmnt' doesn't have any money. It was ALL ours to begin with. Once they get it in their grubby hands, they act like is was theirs, and we have to jump through hoops to try to get any of it back. As far as maybe getting a stimulus payout from my benevelent uncle sam, it was my money to begin with, so yeah,I'll be glad to get some it back.
