Good Job man.......I would not change a thing. It has to please you first & foremost. Each version has it's own drama and exclusively so and either will work depending on your intentions.
The treatments to them might be an area to explore for you. Print them out differently and using various papers and silver treatments to add brilliance or more luminance to the B&W version as an example.
The choice is yours to make. Good luck and nice work sir.
I think both are excellent! I’ve always preferred color. But when you’re that handsome, you can’t go wrong either way! Keep them coming.

I don’t think these can be improved on! Wonderful images!
Stan
Definitely black and white! Jumps at you. Nicely done!
The Black & White. Love it.
Wow, outstanding! I love them both. I'm wondering if you can bring out your black shirt just a little bit in the black and white. Just a hint of the shirt might keep the head shot from floating in the black background. Just my opinion, but it is outstanding as it is. The color one is my favorite, really brings out personality and features. Excellent shots!! Hang 'em on the wall!
Great.
perhaps a little more breathing room to the right edge.

Or crop tighter, so there is no negative space (of the monochrome):

I like both but number 2 better.
