One cannot expect better customer service than that!!
Mark
I just received this reply to a reply I had sent them this morning
It really took more than we expected, the COVID situation has collapsed our warehouse, but tomorrow I will have the tracking number for you and you should receive it in 24/48hs.
Please accept my apologies, will send you a kit of gel filters for free with this order.
I was certainly not expecting for them to send me anything for free.

We were having a side conversation that you apparently cannot follow. Cool your jets!

Why is it that so many supposedly "educated" people have adopted the word "impact" to mean affect. We have become a generation of ubiquitously, uneducated, grammatical, morons.
Maybe because it is the second definition in the Oxford dictionary. Similes include affect and influence.

The quote marks alone serve in place of the word "supposedly" to call into question the condition of educated. Did you mean "ungrammatical"? For proper punctuation, drop the final comma.
My dear mother used to say, "Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones."

No complaints here !!
Placed 3 orders in the last 3 weeks, shipping on one was delayed because of Sabat, others shipped on time,
delays were due to USPS....they are busier than hell !!
Stick with the B & H family !!
I sent a package via USPS priority mail on May 2nd and it is "still in transit" as of May 7th. I asked the PO agent and was told the 2 day priority was just a "suggestion".
PS I just ordered a camera body (5/7) and, although GAS, want to support B&H.

I ordered an item from B&H over a week ago, and have heard nothing about itsβ delivery.
No problem, I understand and know from experience that B&H will deliver.
Me, too.
Even when we get back to "normal" (whatever that is), it won't be the same.

I checked your bio page, donβt see anything there that shows you have a badge of any kind. Are you a secret posting cop or some such. Perhaps you were confidentially commissioned by Admin to police certain posts or posters. Inquiring minds want to know.
I believe in coherent posts, I found your post about KEH's shipping (while everyone else was talking about B&H) dubious. No offence meant on my part, just pointing out facts.

Today May 8th I received notice of shipment. They are keeping up at B&H

You are not materially contributing to this thread by attacking me, and quite frankly, you have become a pia. I was merely pointing out the contrast between delivery by B&H and KEH. No hidden agenda in my original post, nothing but a simple fact. Oh, and btw, learn good grammar and how to spell.

And, DO NOT GET vaccinated.
Don't get vaccinated? WTF!!! Your last quote snippet refutes the 2nd. You remind me of the fool who refuses to wear a flak jacket, then is first to scream for a medic when he gets hit.
And it's FLU, not flue.

When this is all over, and someone says he's "going to the store," he will mean Walmart. I fear so many stores will close that Walmart will become even more powerful.
Sadly that may be what happens. Chain stores, chain restaurants, chain hotels/motels.
Not so sure about Wal-Mart. I was there yesterday, because it was the only store that was open, and I was looking for some photo frames. The shelves were nearly bare -- probably because just about everything they sell is made in China.
Same for Target, except they have higher prices.
Thanks B&H for your service during the COV 19 situation. I've placed two orders so far this month (May). One for one small item, arrived in 3-5 days-to Akron, OH. The other, for three items (that I'll spend much creative energy explaining why I had to have them), is scheduled to arrive on 5/28. I am confident that the package will be here as promised.
Your organization has consistently been dependable and straight forward.
I hope that your reopening and call back of staff goes smoothly, safely, and successfully.
Thanks again,
