She shows up regularly and with her new offspring... Happens most days... Fortunately I know the owner of the house where she shows up... Going this evening to take another try...

This guy really blended in with the surrounding trees and moss. Took a bit of post processing to bring him out.

This first landed just outside our dining room window, where my wife had our parrots so they can get more light and different view. The parrots were raising holy hell when the bird. Landed. I saw the bird nd went for my camera. The owl flew right at me just missing my head. It then went up int this tree and roosted for about 20 minutes. In Full Daylight! A Hoot Owl-they are reported to be just moving I not the stern Washington State area. Keeps the rats at bay!

They are pretty big... Don't think i would want to tangle with one
