Fun with ....... Cod?
Good set, but it is a problem with your food shots and my attempts to cut down.

Looks like I have everything but the Plums! Of course....

I will have to find my Mango Salsa recipe and post it here...
I've often felt that UHH might have a "food/cooking" section. Might be fun!
Ciao,

I've had Swordfish... maybe it's similar?!? My favs are still Salmon and Halibut - I know, boring, right?
~ Thanks for the comment, Floyd2! Glad you caught it!! Did you see my 1st statement to CHG_CANON? Check it out above!

Needs chips and mushy peas (after deep fry).
I prefer the delicate flavor and texture of cod without the strong influence of blackened condiments, but your images look yummy!

Looks good! Am I invited?
Would not like life nearly as much without the Zatarian seasoning.
Cod is one of my favorite fish!
My favorite seasoning/tenderizer for steaks is U.S. Cattle Brand Steak Seasoning from Cruz Spices in San Angelo, Texas. It could order it on-line.
Been using it for decades . . . on fish, beef, chicken.
It will put some zip in your meal.
