Cooked to perfection. Do you grill, broil, bake or pan fry your fish? It looks moist and delicious. I’m enjoying your cooking and food photography. Thanks for sharing.

~ That particular Cod was grilled with charcoal on the Hibachi. Usually, I will grill it on the cast iron Plancha I have set up on one side of my gas grill. Rarely do I bake/broil or pan-fry although that is a delicious way to prepare fish!! I will pan-fry in Oregon because I can use cast iron on the stove there! Deep frying is also delicious but I hate wasting that much oil!!

Looks like I have everything but the Plums! Of course....
(Plums now on my G store list!!)
