~ That particular Cod was grilled with charcoal on the Hibachi. Usually, I will grill it on the cast iron Plancha I have set up on one side of my gas grill. Rarely do I bake/broil or pan-fry although that is a delicious way to prepare fish!! I
pan-fry in Oregon because I can use cast iron on the stove there! Deep frying is also delicious but I hate wasting that much oil!!
