Great shot. Is that a bolt of lightning you captured on the right? It appears that things were about to get a wee bit ugly. I'm familiar with storms in the south.
The road quickly turns left out of the way of the lightening strike!
That's a really nice photo. Leading lines are great. The only negative is that the barbed wire fence and the hill on the right interfere with the road. It may have been good to move to the left some. The fence would then be along the edge of the road and the road would be continuous. Just an idea.
Wow beautiful shot y got the curve the dark clouds lightning and looks like rain a ways out. Hope it wasnt to bad when it hit where you where at.

I did take some shots as you had suggested but they did not come out quite as nice. I will revisit that road and see what more I can do. I do like your thoughts, but in the end, I am quite pleased with this shot.
An excellent image. Very nicely composed.

Very nice image, lots of drama!!!
Nice composition and color!
Very dramatic. Well done!
Love the photo. I went over it bit by bit. My wife, very disparigingly, calls me a tin hat, so I was first attracted to the fence posts, then the brush that's supported by two props. Wife and daughter are putting puzzles together in this lockdown and it occurred to me this photo would make a great puzzle and, a great print.
