Are you saying 'brand new' for this offer? They're listing D610s used at KEH for $625. You've been letting the FF peer pressure get too far into your thinking. Don't put new money on a camera two releases out of date. But, if we can't get you off the kool aid, look at a D750.
I ran in circular login along these lines:
- D610 for Cheap BUT
- D750 for not much more when on sale BUT
- The D750 has the same sensor as the 610 so is it worth it BUT THEN
- the D500 is about the same price as a D750 and is amazing BUT
- the D610 is so dang cheap right now...
LOL Ultimately I'm waiting and will buy a D500 as it makes the most sense for what I do. Seems to be the most bang for the buck and I'm not ready to make the jump to another format like mirrorless

I don't know about that. But even it it's true, the OP sounded to me like someone who has made the decision and I don't think he will regret it. There are so many advantages to FF that it might turn the average enthusiast into an enthusiastic practitioner. Especially if he eventually goes to a high mp sensor.
I consider myself a little further, but not a lot more, advanced than an average enthusiast. I shot medium format film for years.
Full frame, regardless of all the hype, is the exact equivalent of 35 mm. So I have actually taken a step back from where I was 15 years ago. If money was no object I would be shooting medium format digital.
To the OP--I would jump on that deal with both feet yesterday.

I know where you are coming from, but exact equivalent of 35mm means nothing to most. Over the past several weeks, the OP has demonstrated that he is quite unsure why he wants a FF except that "Was just wondering if a fx body would benefit me in any way with nature photography" and "I have been told it would be better to have a full frame camera over a crop sensor." This is after having upgraded to a D7500 a few weeks ago for wildlife shooting.
The OP has made up his mind so a D610 is what he wants. I have owned one for a few years and it works to perfection. It is my favorite camera if I am going to shoot landscapes or portraits.
The price for a new body seems to be about right today.
I just bought a use D610 kit from B&H I love it great camera. The best part it only had 18 clicks on the shutter
Let me get this straight Your post says your purchase price is 896 plus they are giving an 1100 instant rebate. Why didn’t you take the freebie and pocket the 204 difference.
Better yet. If you have to pay for it ... buyer beware.
Note your initial post may be I. Error

Just went to the Nikon site, It shows all D610 packages as out of stock. Did they discontinue the D610?

OK, I must have missed those threads.
How have you been doing lately?
The Nikon website lists this deal as sold out, so you might want to make up your mind sooner rather than later.

I really want a FF camera and I found a good deal from a company I always buy from selling the d610 for 896 an instant rebate of 1100. What does everyone think? I can afford this price, and already have a full frame lens.
My 610 which was a replacement by Nikon of my D600 has served me well and should serve you well in the future. For the money you are or will be paying is a great price. I have since upgraded to a D500 and a D850 as my go to body's but I still use and enjoy the 610. Good luck with it and have fun
