More from a forest environment. Yeah, I know I clipped his nose. But that's the weirdest part of a giraffe anyway. These are Rothschilds' Giraffes, a subspecies of the Masai Giraffe.

Nice set

You did something I was never able to do. How does one get a pic of a giraffe with out gettin too much SKY? Think you did, I couldn’t...................RJM

Yeah, I had that same problem when I found them out in the grasslands. But if they are in the forest, especially if the trees are taller than they are, you can use the trees for a background and it makes things a lot easier. We were on a bit of a rise and quite a ways from them so that decreases the viewing angle.

Chief, you did it again, awesome set of these long necked animals, which I have always loved.

Thanks very much, Greg. Yeah they look kinda like a biology experiment gone bad. But they are pretty cool anyway. The guide book I got says there are 17 different sub-species based on the different patterns and colors of their hides. I really like them.
