Then wrap in saran in the fridge for half an hour then back out and roll it out fold it over roll it out again, do that four or five times then just roll out as thin as you want and you can hand cut with a knife into fettuccine, linguine, spaghetti, or however you want to cut it. when you boil it three minutes should do the trick and ....
You won't want the store bought stuff ever again!!

You can't get eggs in some places in California. The cashier told me that only a small portion of the eggs they used to get were being delivered (I don't eat eggs so that is ok with me) so you might post an egg-free recipe.
