I was trying to post a set that would show what it looked like with the buffalo coming out of the bush, crossing the road and exiting stage left back into the bush. And taking half an hour to complete the process. I don't think this set does that exactly. But it's as close as I could get without getting closer to the line of travel. Our great and protective guide, Gilbert, would probably have objected strongly if I had attempted to do that. Frank, on the other hand would have said "wait, let me get my camera set up for this". Anyway, I hope you enjoy one of the great spectacles of Africa.

Chief, I love making people laugh when they need it the most. Example, went to WallMart today to pick up a cuple of items for Brenda. When I talked to a couple employees I found out that they were getting cussed out (F word mainly) and as a result I got every employee I met to laugh a whole lot. Even got some of the customers to also lighten up. With the virus going around there was no water, paper towels or TP anywhere in the store. The store was very busy even at 400 AM.

Chief, I am a firm believer that Laughter is the best medicine.

Well, I think you are a lot like Frank then. And I agree with you. A good laugh can work wonders. Defuse a tense situation, bring a smile to someone in pain, make someone forget their fear for a few seconds or even a few minutes. And it can go from person to person all around the world.

That's nice of you to say Keith ... but you can bet that very fancy Nikon 850 you shoot with that big long lens, that I would have definitely encouraged you to get out & get personal with those Buffalo ... as long as I was ready to shoot!!!!!! ;)

Cracking myself up here ... even without CLF's help!!!!!

Yep, and I wouldn't mind too much, as long as you shared the photos Whatever it takes to get the shot!

There's a piece of me that believes you might just get out & get personal with those critters ... although I'll admit that I would likely have blinked first & in concert with Gilbert, encouraged you to stay in the Landcruiser.
