But it isn’t a contest. It is a call for entry for an exhibit. What was posted isn’t rules but a description of the subject/ topic/ theme

Martin - I cannot read all of the pages to this point, and so I may be repeating a point already made. What they want is defined in the last sentence where they state they want pictures that represent "an excursus ... from a social, cultural and political (point of view)."
