I have, long ago, several different settings.. I am not satisfied. I do not use it.

I keep discovering this feature by accidentally touching the screen and then being startled by it's doing it's thing. For me, PITA. Maybe somebody can tell me how to turn it off, before I dive into the whole bloody manual.

The OP said nothing about which way he accessed the feature; one way or another...
ie the thumb multi controller or touch screen.

So what rmalarz wrote is 100% right.

Now put on your dunces cap and go sit in the naughty chair.
