Both my Nikon D90 & Coolpix L11 have Sepia settings. I also have a D80. When I first got it I was shooting in auto at a historic house when we went in they said no flash so I swithced to the manual settings. I was the getting B&W pictures. I had left the insturction manual at home. When I got home I found out how to turn it back to color. The button was in the menu but three screens in. The B&W were great. Either with the computer or camera its fun to do B&W or Sepia. - Dave

My older Sony DS707 & 717 cameras had that option and it came in handy keeping track of photos that you wanted to keep notes for quick referrences.

Not sure on a "Rebel" but on my Canon 40D
Press
Picture Style Button
Turn Dial to Monochrome
Info Button
Set Button
Turn Dial to Toning Effect
Set Button
Dial to S:Sepia
Set Button
Menu to get back to Dark Screen
PS
While in the menu system there, you can also play with the Contrast and Sharpness, as well to change the effect of the sepia.
A Rebel may be different so you may have to read your manual for "Sepia" Images. on how to set your camera up to do this.

On the 40D you have 3 choices to have a preset of styles effects etc. I have Sepia setup on one of mine to go to quickly.
