It might be a first in your area. You should try to find out if Amazon has opened a hub or warehouse near you recently. In my area, they are all over the place. I see them every day delivering packages in my area. sometimes I see them more than once a day. I also see contractors driving discrete vans delivering for Amazon. A lot of jobs have been created by Amazon.

I wonder how UPS feels about that. I got a UPS package at 9:30 last night, and 10:00 PM last week. When they say I'll receive an item on Wednesday, 9:30 PM doesn't really count.

Gee, just yesterday you reported they were on time. Yes sir, 9:30 PM is STILL that day and, given the volume, is acceptable this time of year. My packages, out of NY, NJ or Philadelphia normally are next day, except after Cyber Monday, when they can take up to a week. Same thing every year. I've heard that, due to the GREAT unemployment numbers that Trump has given us, companies like UPS are having trouble hiring seasonal employees this year. Can't have everything. Happy Holidays!

Amazon trucks all over our neighborhood. I appreciate them notifying me of a delivery in a secure area, usually at the end of my driveway for everyone in my neighborhood to see.
Amazon did make a delivery and placed the package right at our front. Thank you amazon however after opening package I realized package was for my neighbor.

I wish Fedex would go out of business, can't trust them to get it right in this area.

My daughter has package tracking on her phone. One day it showed her package on FedX in our neighborhood -- she tracked it to our house, then past our house and it just kept going! It took another 3 days to get to her delivery!

Oh my God they're everywhere. All the ones I see in southern Arizona are new Mercedes. What a great contract for Daimler Benz.

Was it Wednesday???

Technically, but not practically. Delivering something at 11:59 PM counts as getting it to me on that day, but I was without the use of it all day. On Tuesday, UPS arrived at 10:15 AM.
