Sell on Ebay as "for parts or repair" and just describe it as honestly as you can. You may do ok on $$. The last time I checked with several of the major buyer/resellers (late summer, August time frame) (MPB/KEH/UsedPhotoPro, etc.) a "pristine, low click) D7100 was not bringing a lot = <$175, and even lower, as low as $125 - negotiating was fruitless. At the time, they all said the same thing - "Nikon sold a ton of D7100 (D7xxx series in general) and a lot of folks have been trading them in or selling to by the newer versions and to take advantage of the refurb specials, it was/is a popular camera body, we have too many". Ebay was actually bringing 2X more.

The lenses, on Ebay - the 55-300 might bring as much as $150-200, but often go for less, the 50 not sure. With Christmas close - Good clean low count D7100's are bringing $300 and up, lesser versions $2-300, broken versions - whatever you can get!

LCD - if no physical damage it is probably the ribbon cable, either cracked/severed, or possibly loose from connector - then again, could be a circuit board fail.. Problem is, you don't know till inside. Good luck with it.

I’ve sold to MPB on a few occasions. “Always” got a better offer than KEH.

I have had good luck with this place. They give you a bid from your description of the equipment. They provide a shipping label and once acceting the equipment they transfer the miney into your account. After checking prices, thier bids were fair.

I checked the website randomly selected D750 and it looks there are deals for Nikon D750 at Nikon and Best Buy, not that I am getting Nikon D750. I will have to check them out for trading in. Thanks!

Selling everything will certainly give you the freedom to go with any other brand or camera type, rather than getting stuck wih Nikon. Makes some sense (even though I am a Nikon shooter).

I just sold a non-working D7500 in an Ebay auction for several hundred dollars, so there is a market. I would suggest listing your items separately. The lenses are fairly common and you won’t get much, but you will be able to satisfy your goal of selling them.

I have not had any experience with the buy/sell feature on this foum, so maybe some other members can chime in.

The why would you sell them by themselves? Why not sell the camera and lens and ask a bit higher price then selling the body alone. If the camera still works even though the display is broken, I would post that and provide some images showing that it still takes good images.

Do you know if they buy film cameras?
I have 2 olympus OM 2 cameras good condition. Film not worth the cost. $25 memory card sandisk 64 gig for $25 at Best Buy
I can shoot
7200 pic top jpeg setting. Add raw cut it way down as jpeg + raw 1350. I shoot both cause I print 4 X6 for giving to people. They don't need any post. If I get a really nice one I'll make 16 x 20 print. I use Meridan pro. and metallic paper.

I have a D7100 that needs a part, if your price is right I might be interested.

My D7100 works OK but a little spring would help.

To sell the package, the potential purchaser would have to be in the market for all three pieces, which limits the population. We have already seen that the damaged camera is of interest by itself, but folks looking for parts are not likely to want to pay for two more common lenses. Conversely, i doubt that a newbie looking for a camera kit would want the bother and uncertainty of a damaged item.
