Kpmac, nimbushopper, Rathyatra, Jack and Donald. Thank's for viewing and the compliments.
Thanks I thought that might be some sort of 50 pound ape. Nice capture of a not (guessing) so well know animal.

I've been there. really good work since the lighting is difficult there.

Lovely shots..very clear and sharp.
I agree that the sharpness and detail are excellent but the colors are simply amazing. I have seen some other pics with the Canon 90D. The 34 mp creates great detail but they did not rave as much about the colors. The first two of the snakes are just outstanding.
Very nice job navigating the obstructions!
Earnest, Redmond, Chicflat, merrytaxan, and raymondh , Thanks for viewing and the nice comments.

bigguytf, Thanks for the comments. I shot some other animals at the zoo indoors with same flash setup 1 1/2 weeks earlier with a 6D MK II and a 300mm lens. Only one had a colorful coat, but it was very vivid in color.(could not shoot the small stuff due to the focusing distance) In my opinion, it is as much or more due to the lens and flash bringing out the natural vivid colors as anything. Also, I shot in RAW and I looked back thru my Lightroom edits on the 2 snakes and I did not fiddle with the color , but I did use a brush some to adjust exposure on the snakes and background up and down a little. .
